lot is located within the building’s first floor and can only be
removed by the appointed contractor. The charge for dismantling,
internal transporting and lowering to ground level onto a suitable
vehicle is £1100. This amount will be automatically added to your
invoice should you be successful in purchasing this item. Blocking
and securing will be at the cost of the purchaser.
