Combination to Include all lots:-

DEC-EL 1700mm Aluminium Coil Coating & Rotary Screen Printing Line for producing continuous graphics for line strips in use in the Leisure Industry (caravans & recreational vehicles) and architectural print finishes.  This facility is also suitable for other industries such as transport, road and general signs, cladding and interior design.

Uses 5 ton aluminium coils up to 1.2 mm thickness, roll face 1600mm, 15 metres per minute. Normal working width 600-1524 mm. Installed new in 1997 at a cost of circa £1.2 million.

Plant comprises of : BHP type 1600 CH5-S Central Drum de-coiler/ unwinder Mandrel range 483mm-533mm, Reiter OHG type CW5 SO Scissor Lift 5000kg capacity.

EMG web registration and alignment equipment, BHP Tension and in-feed rollers, Stork type 'X-Cel' Coating & Rotary Screen Printing Unit.

Overhead Gas Curing Oven with cooling chamber mounted on mezzanine floor. Stainless Steel Quenching Tank, de-moisturising and drying equipment, further tension rollers and web alignment, BHP type 1600 5RC Re-Coiler with similar mandrel range and scissor lift. Vertical screen washing tank and a compliment of screens. All associated electrical equipment and control cabinets.
