Description: The line is composed of 17 stations. After a
pre-treatment phase which includes the passage through 5 different
cleaning and rinsing vessels (1500 lt each) the bearings go through
a drying process and then in the spray painting booth where a
water-based primer is applied. The bearing moves into the drying
zone and then the flash-off zone. Once the drying is completed the
product is moved back to the painting booth where the top-coat is
applied. The bearing is now moved into the IR drying ovens. Final
step is the bearing cooling in a demineralized water vessel. The
line includes a reverse osmosis system
Please Note: This lot is located in Italy. Unfortunately, there are no loading facilities available on-site dismantling and loading will be at the cost of the purchaser. All/Any tooling is being offered as specifically described.
