Esab Type PRC 33-90 Narrow Gap Welding System Head with Model Mechtig 4000i Welding Power Source PRC – 90 serial No. 803-006-9272 (2010) Features zig zag weaving movement and arc voltage control for high productivity and good improved welding qualities for tube welding including thick walled tubes. The tube welding tools are water cooled and incorporate special gripping jaws for securing and location of the tool on the tube PRC – 90 orbital-tig clamp on welder capacity 33 mm to 90 mm O.D. rotary speed 0.08 to 1.6 rpm tungsten electrode 1.6 to 2.4 dia filler wire dia 0.6 – 0.8 – 0.9 Mechtig 4000i Power Source control unit. Voltage 400v setting range 4 – 400a with fan control, cooling unit, overheating protection, water flow guard.
