Derenth Moulding Station including: Mould Stillage and mat cleaning with Unimaster Twin Shute Dust Extractor and Control; Solitec Low Speed Blender, SRE Roots Holmes Dresser exhauster, Controls, Outfeed Screw Conveyor; Load Cells; Aerotor System; Access Platform; Steel Structure, Digital Readouts, Hoppers, Weigh scales etc, 2000kg Capacity; Solitec Low Speed Blender Mixes and then Vacuum Fed to Blender Hopper. Digital readout controls mix in blender and transfers system to C&D hopper. Day hopper feeds in to 2 dosing machines adding plaster to water. Further DCE single shute Unimaster Dust Collector. Weigh scales and soft ware all included.
